KLANA Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our educational clinic. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our services. Please review our refund policy below:

  • All refund requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to give you the opportunity to evaluate your decision and make any necessary adjustments. This 14-day period allows you to experience our educational clinic services and determine if they meet your expectations.

  • If you decide to cancel your enrollment within the 14-day cooling off period, you are entitled to a full refund. We believe in transparency and want to provide you with a risk-free experience during this initial period. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our educational offerings.

  • Refunds for payments made through Klana will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. We strive to make the refund process as convenient as possible for our valued customers. Once your refund request is approved, we will promptly process the refund to the same Klana account or card you used for payment.

  • After the 14-day cooling off period, no refunds will be provided. This is to ensure that we can continue delivering high-quality educational services to all our enrolled students without any disruptions. We invest significant resources in providing a seamless and enriching learning experience, and by adhering to this policy, we can maintain the quality of our services.

  • In case of exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges, and we are committed to working with you to find a suitable solution. If you encounter such circumstances, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will assess your situation with empathy and understanding.

Please note that this refund policy applies only to our educational clinic services and payments made through Klana. It does not cover any external products or services that may be recommended or referred to during your time with us. We want to ensure clarity and transparency regarding the scope of our refund policy, and we encourage you to review the terms and conditions of any external products or services before making a purchase decision.

We reserve the right to amend or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, ensuring that you are kept informed about any updates to our policy. We value your trust and want to maintain a transparent and fair refund process for all our customers.

Booking terms and conditions


By proceeding with my booking I confirm that I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • All clients must be 18+ years old at the time of treatment.

  • If you are unable to provide ID when asked, we will not proceed with the treatment and you will lose your deposit.

  • We are not able to treat those who are medically unwell for treatment or have any contra-indications on the day. Please see further below for a full list of exclusions.

  • We do not offer refunds of deposits, or any payments made to SLH aesthetics clinic, after your treatment has been carried out, under ANY circumstances.

  • Deposits are Strictly Non Refundable under any circumstances, we can however reschedule your appointment if 5 WORKING DAYS notice is given, and the newly rebooked slot is within 4 weeks of your original appointment date thus depending on available diary space. If not this will mean loss of your deposit


Is the consultation free?

  • No. The deposit is for your consultation/time slot with SLH aesthetics clinic and the team, their expertise and ongoing treatment advice, but is redeemable against treatment carried out on the day.


What if I’m late?

  • We understand things can delay your arrival. We do expect you to leave time for any delays which may occur and take responsibility for arriving on time.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we do reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge the card on file


Will I definitely be able to have treatment for my chosen booking on the day?

  • We cannot promise that treatment can be carried out on that day, as there are many reasons that may prevent you from having the procedure done, i.e. migration of product, poor technique from previous injectors, or contra-indications such as coldsores and skin infections (please see full list below).

  • All of the above prevent treatment on the day but without a face to face consultation with our qualified practitioner this can’t be detected.

  • If for any reason you can’t have treatment on the day, this will still forefit your deposit as it’s the time of the practitioner you’re paying for.


Training course cancellation


Payments can be made by cash, credit*/debit cards, Stripe. PayPal or bank transfer: Credit may be available to you subject to status. Full payment is required 14 days before commencement of your course.

Course fees include: tuition fees, training materials/products used during lessons, manuals and handouts, refreshments. Additional fees may be required such as registration fees/assessment fees/Admin finance fee.

4. Students can make use of the Kitchen facilities that are open Monday-Friday. 


Slh aesthetics academy Academy is unable to offer refunds under any circumstances including cancellations. An alternative training date will be offered. The Academy is not responsible for any loss of income, accommodation/travelling costs students may incur due to the cancellation of courses.

*By booking in with us on any platform, you are confirming that you accept and agree with all our terms and conditions, this goes for treatments and training*

I acknowledge that my deposit payment is in exchange for an allocated and reserved time slot of my choice, as chosen at the time of booking and deposit taken. I confirm that I have personally registered my details and reserved a time allocation that I am committed to. Should my circumstances change and I am no longer able to attend my appointment, I accept full liability and therefore forfeit my deposit payment to SLH aesthetics clinic. I understand that any attempt to withdraw this deposit payment will result in legal action being taken against me. I understand that evidence of my payment will be sent to my Bank Institution and card issuer representatives.

I also understand I am unable to publish or discuss any negative content in relation to SLH aesthetics clinic on the internet via social media or any other form. Failure to comply with this will result in court proceedings.
